INGREDIENTS
- 5 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash Wraps
- 1 wheel of brie
- 2–3 tbsp fig jam
- 1/4 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
To Make Lavash Crackers:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice Lavash wraps into squares or triangles and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
To Make Baked Brie:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the brie on a baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
- Spread fig jam evenly over the top, then sprinkle with candied pecans and rosemary.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the brie is warm and gooey.
- Serve immediately with Lavash crackers or warm Naan bread.
