Baked Brie with Lavash Crackers

Creamy, melty brie topped with sweet fig jam, crunchy candied pecans, and fresh rosemary — served with crisp Traditional Lavash crackers for the dreamiest holiday appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash Wraps
  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 2–3 tbsp fig jam
  • 1/4 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

To Make Lavash Crackers:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice Lavash wraps into squares or triangles and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

To Make Baked Brie:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the brie on a baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
  2. Spread fig jam evenly over the top, then sprinkle with candied pecans and rosemary.
  3. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the brie is warm and gooey.
  4. Serve immediately with Lavash crackers or warm Naan bread.
