Charcuterie Lavash Cups

All your favorite charcuterie flavors tucked into golden, crispy Lavash cups — an easy, festive appetizer everyone will love.

INGREDIENTS

  • Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps, sliced
  • Fig Jam
  • Brie cheese, cubed
  • Prosciutto slices
  • Fresh rosemary

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut out big circles from the Traditional Lavash using a round cookie cutter.
  2. Place the circles in a mini muffin pan, pressing down with your fingers to form a cup shape.
  3. Lightly brush with olive oil. Add in a cube of brie cheese, some fig jam, and a slice of folded prosciutto to each cup.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 4–5 minutes, or until golden and crispy, and the cheese is slightly melty.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary and enjoy!
