INGREDIENTS
- Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps, sliced
- Fig Jam
- Brie cheese, cubed
- Prosciutto slices
- Fresh rosemary
DIRECTIONS
- Cut out big circles from the Traditional Lavash using a round cookie cutter.
- Place the circles in a mini muffin pan, pressing down with your fingers to form a cup shape.
- Lightly brush with olive oil. Add in a cube of brie cheese, some fig jam, and a slice of folded prosciutto to each cup.
- Bake at 350°F for 4–5 minutes, or until golden and crispy, and the cheese is slightly melty.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and enjoy!
