INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup Tomato Romesco
  • ⅓ cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 Fresh Zucchini
  • 2 sheets Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 425°.
    2. Using a knife or veggie peeler, thinly slice zucchini lengthwise.
    3. Spread the Tomato Romesco evenly over the Lavash before topping with zucchini slices and cheese.
    4. Bake for 7-10 min.
