INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup Tomato Romesco
- ⅓ cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 Fresh Zucchini
- 2 sheets Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Using a knife or veggie peeler, thinly slice zucchini lengthwise.
- Spread the Tomato Romesco evenly over the Lavash before topping with zucchini slices and cheese.
- Bake for 7-10 min.
