Purchasing Our Products And Registering On Our Website
We collect Personal Information when you make a purchase using a payment card, we collect Personal Information for processing and shipping your order, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and payment card information, and the name, address and phone number of your intended recipient. The Website may use Shopify, a cloud-based, subscription-based e-commerce platform that enables us to start, manage, and grow our Website. Klaviyo
We may use Klaviyo, a customer data and marketing automation platform, to help us deliver the services you request and grow our platform. Web Beacons
Some of the areas of the Website may contain electronic images known as web beacons that allow us, and our third-party providers or affiliates, to count and track users who have visited certain portions of the Website. We offer rewards (such as coupons, product discounts, exclusive promotions, and early access to seasonal sales) to consumers who sign up for and voluntarily provide certain requested Personal Information to use in connection with Atoria’s subscriber program. You can view or change your subscription information at any time by logging in with your email address and password and clicking “Manage Subscriptions” or by emailing our Customer Service at info@atorias.com.
Residents of Other U.S. States
This portion of our Privacy Policy describes the rights that may apply depending on your jurisdiction of residence and applies only to the extent of any inconsistency with the information in the section above.
