INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 Atoria's Family Bakery Whole Grain & Flax Lavash wraps
- 2 apples (diced)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp corn starch + 1/2 tsp water
- 1-2 tbsps butter (melted)
- Cinnamon sugar (1 cup sugar + 3 tbsp ground cinnamon)
- Powdered sugar + water (for icing)
DIRECTIONS
- Peel apples and chop into small pieces.
- Combine apples with sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cornstarch + water mixture. Cook 10–15 minutes until thickened; remove from heat.
- Lay out the Lavash wraps, add apple mixture, roll up, coat in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Dip in icing (powdered sugar + water) and enjoy warm!
