What does not go into your food is just as important as what does. We never use artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, gums or additives, and always promise to be non-GMO verified, 100% vegan, soy-free and dairy-free.
MEET ATORIA & FAMILY
Our family has been baking bread for over five generations. As a child growing up in the Assyrian villages near Mesopotamia, Atoria learned her family’s recipes by watching her mother and grandmother baking flatbreads with a rustic hearth oven.
When Atoria immigrated to the US, she was unable to find bread of the same quality and authenticity, and began to make her own. It wasn’t long before a dream took shape: to share the soft, flavorful bread of her youth with the people in her new country.
For thirty years, Atoria has worked alongside her family to make this vision a reality. Today, it is the next generation— Atoria’s grandchildren— who are bringing the same uncompromising standards and incredible taste to families around the country.

Ingredient Sourcing
We proudly bake with Non-GMO Project Verified and Certified Vegan ingredients. Our grains are sourced exclusively from North America and milled locally in California.
Community Counts
We regularly bag and deliver bread to organizations that help feed the hungry, including Second Harvest Food Bank, Saint Mary’s Parish, Plants On Wheels, Assyrian Aid Society & more. Each week, neighboring farmers take our not-quite-perfect (but perfectly safe & delicious) products to feed their animals.
Carbon Mitigated
We pay to offset the shipping emissions for all our online store orders, by partnering with ClimeCo, a third-party validated service that helps minimize our impact and contribute to a thriving environment.
Wellness for All
We believe every single person deserves access to foods that nourish their bodies and invest in their planet. We work with healthy lunch advocates and supply flatbreads to some of the largest school districts in California.
