Classic Pesto Zucchini Naan Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼-½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Fresh Zucchini
  • 1 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbread
  • 2-4 Tbsp Basil Pesto

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°.
  2. Wash, then slice one zucchini into ¼-inch rounds; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium-high, add to pan, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender; set aside.
  3. Place Naan on a sheet pan, spread on 2-4 tbsp pesto to Naan, layer on zucchini + top with ¼-½ cup cheese as desired.
  4. Bake 5-7 min or until the cheese is melted.
