INGREDIENTS
- ¼-½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Fresh Zucchini
- 1 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbread
- 2-4 Tbsp Basil Pesto
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Wash, then slice one zucchini into ¼-inch rounds; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium-high, add to pan, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender; set aside.
- Place Naan on a sheet pan, spread on 2-4 tbsp pesto to Naan, layer on zucchini + top with ¼-½ cup cheese as desired.
- Bake 5-7 min or until the cheese is melted.
