INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pitas
- 2 Black Bean Burgers
- 1 Avocado
DIRECTIONS
- Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium and season burgers with salt and pepper
- Cook burgers 5 min on one side, then flip over and cook 2-3 min more until browned and cooked through
- Slice burgers into bite-size pieces
- Toast 2 pitas until warm and golden
- Slice pitas in half; fill pitas with avocado and burger slices
