Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads

When you’re craving takeout but don’t want to wait, we come to the rescue. Our speedy Buffalo flatbreads feature your choice of protein tossed with Frank’s fiery hot sauce, baked atop crispy Lavash. Recipe by Sunbasket.

INGREDIENTS

  • Your choice of protein
  • 2 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot cayenne pepper sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • 1 organic celery rib
  • 3 ounces organic shredded carrots
  • 2 ounces organic shredded green or other cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash flatbreads

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil, then add your preferred protein source and saute until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cayenne pepper sauce.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing and 1 to 2 teaspoons of water; season lightly to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Thinly slice the celery and toss with carrots, cabbage, red wine vinegar, and 1-2 Tbsp of oil. Season generously to taste with salt and pepper. 
  6. Place the Lavash on a sheet pan and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of oil, your protein, and sauce.
  7. Bake until the flatbreads are golden brown and lightly crisped.
