INGREDIENTS
- Your choice of protein
- 2 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot cayenne pepper sauce
- Ranch dressing
- 1 organic celery rib
- 3 ounces organic shredded carrots
- 2 ounces organic shredded green or other cabbage
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Lavash flatbreads
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil, then add your preferred protein source and saute until fully cooked.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cayenne pepper sauce.
- In a small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing and 1 to 2 teaspoons of water; season lightly to taste with salt and pepper.
- Thinly slice the celery and toss with carrots, cabbage, red wine vinegar, and 1-2 Tbsp of oil. Season generously to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place the Lavash on a sheet pan and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of oil, your protein, and sauce.
- Bake until the flatbreads are golden brown and lightly crisped.
