Inspired by the viral charcuterie nachos trend, this elevated version layers crispy Atoria’s Traditional Pita chips with savory meats, creamy ricotta, tangy jams, and a drizzle of agave for the perfect sweet-salty bite. A total flavor upgrade that’s as stunning as it is satisfying.

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Pitas
  • 6 slices salami, sliced into pieces
  • 1/4 cup prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp fig jam
  • 2 tbsp caramelized onion jam
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut your Pita bread into triangles and bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes (or until golden brown).
  2. When your pita chips are ready, let them cool. Then, add them to a plate as your base.
  3. Top with meat and arugula, followed by cheese, jam, and agave. Enjoy!
