INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Pitas
- 6 slices salami, sliced into pieces
- 1/4 cup prosciutto
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 2 tbsp fig jam
- 2 tbsp caramelized onion jam
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
DIRECTIONS
- Cut your Pita bread into triangles and bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes (or until golden brown).
- When your pita chips are ready, let them cool. Then, add them to a plate as your base.
- Top with meat and arugula, followed by cheese, jam, and agave. Enjoy!
