INGREDIENTS
- 4 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naans
- Paneer + Smoky BBQ Sauce
- Red Onion
- Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425° and place Naans on two sheet pans.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat; sear 2 packages of paneer 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
- Thinly slice onion; spread sauce on Naans then top with paneer + red onion; sprinkle each Naan with 6 tbsp cheese.
- Bake 5-7 minutes until naan is toasty + cheese is melty; slice each Naan in half + divide between plates—enjoy!
