INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
- 2 Cups Chopped Kale
- 1 Cup Shredded Broccoli Stems & Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 3 Tbsp Citrus Vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)
- 8oz Seasoned Pulled Chicken
DIRECTIONS
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat; break chicken into bite-size pieces, add to pan, and season with salt/pepper/fav spices (we like garlic powder); sauté for 2-3 minutes until hot.
- Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl, drizzle with dressing, and toss to combine.
- Add 2 Traditional Lavash to plates; divide the chicken and salad between each sheet of Traditional Lavash and roll up tightly. Serve any remaining salad on the side—enjoy!
