Citrus Pulled Chicken Salad Lavash Wrap

This refreshing and flavorful Lavash wrap is filled with citrus pulled chicken, kale, shredded broccoli and carrots, dried cranberries, and feta, all tossed in a zesty citrus vinaigrette. A perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tangy—great for a quick lunch or meal on the go! Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
  • 2 Cups Chopped Kale
  • 1 Cup Shredded Broccoli Stems & Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Citrus Vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8oz Seasoned Pulled Chicken

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat; break chicken into bite-size pieces, add to pan, and season with salt/pepper/fav spices (we like garlic powder); sauté for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  2. Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl, drizzle with dressing, and toss to combine.
  3. Add 2 Traditional Lavash to plates; divide the chicken and salad between each sheet of Traditional Lavash and roll up tightly. Serve any remaining salad on the side—enjoy!
