INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
- 1 Head Baby Romain Lettuce
- 4-6 Tbsp Tzatziki Dip
- 2 Wild Salmon Lemon Herb Burgers
DIRECTIONS
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium and season patties with salt & pepper; sear 2-3 minutes per side until crisp and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, wash and roughly chop lettuce leaves.
- Add 2 Traditional Lavash to plates; top each with 2-3 tbsp tzatziki and lettuce.
- Chop burgers into bite-size pieces and add to lavash, then roll up—time to eat!
