Creamy Salmon Tzatziki Lavash Wrap

A flavorful wrap featuring tender salmon, tzatziki, and fresh veggies, all tucked in soft Lavash. A light and satisfying meal! Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
  • 1 Head Baby Romain Lettuce
  • 4-6 Tbsp Tzatziki Dip
  • 2 Wild Salmon Lemon Herb Burgers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium and season patties with salt & pepper; sear 2-3 minutes per side until crisp and cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, wash and roughly chop lettuce leaves.
  3. Add 2 Traditional Lavash to plates; top each with 2-3 tbsp tzatziki and lettuce.
  4. Chop burgers into bite-size pieces and add to lavash, then roll up—time to eat!
