INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Whole Grain & Flax Lavash
- 1/2 Cup Creamy Vodka Sauce
- 6 Tbsp Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°; spread ½ cup sauce on 2 Whole Grain & Flax Lavash and then sprinkle 6 tbsp crumbled goat cheese on top.
- Bake on a sheet pan for 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash the pepper, cut off the stem, discard the seeds, and then cut into bite-size pieces.
- Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add peppers to pan, season with salt/pepper, and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
- Top the cooked Whole Grain & Flax Lavash with pepper, cut each into 4 pieces, and then divide between plates—looks great!
