INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naans
- 6 oz brie cheese, sliced (rind on or off)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
For the Hot Honey Drizzle:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4–1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice level)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare hot honey by warming the honey slightly (microwave or stovetop), then stir in red pepper flakes. Set aside to infuse.
- Brush each Naan with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Top with slices of brie, cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
- Drizzle generously with the hot honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
- Slice & serve warm!
