Crispy Brie Flatbread with Cranberries, Walnuts & Hot Honey

A beautiful balance of sweet, savory, and spicy, this flatbread layers creamy brie over a crisp base, topped with tangy cranberries, toasted walnuts, and a drizzle of hot honey. It’s an effortlessly impressive appetizer or cozy holiday meal. Recipe by Flavorful Craving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naans
  • 6 oz brie cheese, sliced (rind on or off)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

For the Hot Honey Drizzle:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4–1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to your spice level)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare hot honey by warming the honey slightly (microwave or stovetop), then stir in red pepper flakes. Set aside to infuse.
  3. Brush each Naan with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Top with slices of brie, cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
  6. Drizzle generously with the hot honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
  7. Slice & serve warm!
