Crispy Fall Flatbread

This delicious flatbread made with Traditional Lavash, shredded brussels sprouts, creamy goat cheese, and topped with a balsamic glaze will have you asking for more!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash flatbread
  • 2Tbsp Garlic spread 
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1Tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 2Tbsp Goat cheese, crumbled

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 350F.
  2. Spread layer of garlic spread over flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add a generous heap of shredded brussels sprouts.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Finish with crumbled goat cheese. 
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze.
