INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan
- Handful Rainbow Veggie Mix
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Curry Sauce
- 4-6oz Organic Zesty Zucchini Falafel
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425° and place 2 Traditional Naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min; slice in half & set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; cook 8 falafel for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and hot; set aside.
- Spread each Traditional Naan with 1-2 tbsp sauce.
- Add a handful of veggies and falafel.
- Fold sandwiches in half & enjoy!
