Curry Falafel Naan Wrap

A flavorful wrap with crispy falafel, curry spices, and fresh veggies, all wrapped in soft Naan. A delicious and quick meal! Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan
  • Handful Rainbow Veggie Mix
  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Curry Sauce
  • 4-6oz Organic Zesty Zucchini Falafel

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425° and place 2 Traditional Naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min; slice in half & set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; cook 8 falafel for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and hot; set aside.
  3. Spread each Traditional Naan with 1-2 tbsp sauce.
  4. Add a handful of veggies and falafel.
  5. Fold sandwiches in half & enjoy!
