INGREDIENTS
- 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Pita
- Store-bought falafel
- Lettuce and chopped veggies of choice
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp gyro seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Dried oregano
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1-2 tbsp tzatziki, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Season with gyro seasoning, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Slice Pita into triangles and warm or toast until soft and slightly golden.
- Heat or crisp the falafel in a skillet or air fryer until golden brown.
- Build your bowl by adding a bed of lettuce, then topping with falafel, tzatziki, onion mixture, and your favorite veggies. Add sliced Pita wedges.
- Finish with fresh toppings like tomato or cucumber, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
