Greek Yogurt Spinach Lavash Pinwheels

Lunch just got easier: Greek Yogurt Spinach Lavash Pinwheels are stacked with deli meats, veggies, and a creamy spread, perfect for prepping ahead and keeping meals fresh.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Atoria's Family Bakery Spinach Lavash wraps
  • Turkey, salami, and prosciutto
  • Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, and red onion
  • Provolone
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Spread:

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the ingredients for the spread and distribute evenly over the Lavash wrap.
  2. Add a layer of lettuce and the remaining ingredients over half of the Lavash wrap.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and roll tightly.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then slice into 1" pinwheels. Serve and enjoy immediately or keep in the fridge for 3-5 days for future lunches!
