Grilled Tzatziki Steak Flatbread

These grilled steak flatbreads with creamy tzatziki sauce make an easy weeknight meal you can hold in your hand. Each bite is bursting with Mediterranean flavor and sure to be a crowd favorite! Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbreads
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 Tbsp Tzatziki Dip
  • 2-5oz Grass-Fed Sirloin Steaks

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill to high and oil grates; cut off the stem of 1 onion, discard outer skin, then carefully slice onion into ¼ to ½-inch rounds; drizzle with oil and salt/pepper; grill 5 min with lid closed, flip and grill 4-6 min until charred and slightly softened
  2. Meanwhile, rub steaks with 1 tbsp oil and salt/pepper; grill 2-5 min with lid closed, flip and grill 3-4 min more until charred and cooked through; rest 5 min and thinly slice
  3. Grill 2 Naan flatbreads until warm and toasted; spread half the tzatziki onto then naan, then top with grilled steak and onions
