INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbreads
- 1 Red Onion
- 4 Tbsp Tzatziki Dip
- 2-5oz Grass-Fed Sirloin Steaks
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill to high and oil grates; cut off the stem of 1 onion, discard outer skin, then carefully slice onion into ¼ to ½-inch rounds; drizzle with oil and salt/pepper; grill 5 min with lid closed, flip and grill 4-6 min until charred and slightly softened
- Meanwhile, rub steaks with 1 tbsp oil and salt/pepper; grill 2-5 min with lid closed, flip and grill 3-4 min more until charred and cooked through; rest 5 min and thinly slice
- Grill 2 Naan flatbreads until warm and toasted; spread half the tzatziki onto then naan, then top with grilled steak and onions
