Halloumi Pita Pocket with Tzatziki

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita flatbreads
  • 4 Tbsp Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip
  • 8oz Halloumi Grilling Cheese
  • ½ English cucumber

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice cheese into 1-inch cubes; heat skillet over medium-high heat and sear the cheese for 2 min per side until browned and hot.
  2. Thinly slice ½ cucumber.
  3. Toast 2 Pitas until warm and golden.
  4. Slice the Pitas in half; divide halloumi + cucumbers to the Pitas, then dollop each half with 1 tbsp of tzatziki.
