INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita flatbreads
- 4 Tbsp Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip
- 8oz Halloumi Grilling Cheese
- ½ English cucumber
DIRECTIONS
- Slice cheese into 1-inch cubes; heat skillet over medium-high heat and sear the cheese for 2 min per side until browned and hot.
- Thinly slice ½ cucumber.
- Toast 2 Pitas until warm and golden.
- Slice the Pitas in half; divide halloumi + cucumbers to the Pitas, then dollop each half with 1 tbsp of tzatziki.
