Herby Sirloin Naan Flatbread

This hearty naan flatbread features tender herbed sirloin, crisp greens, and a flavorful drizzle—great for an easy dinner that feels anything but ordinary! Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan
  • Boneless Beef Sirloin Tips
  • Chimichurri

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425° and place Atoria's Traditional Naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat meat dry, season with salt/pep + sear 2-3 minutes undisturbed until browned.
  3. Flip meat over + sear 2-3 minutes more for medium-rare (for more well done, increase cook time 1-2 min per side); set aside to rest a few min, then slice meat into bite sized pieces.
  4. Spread 2-4 tbsp chimichurri to flatbread and layer on beef on top, then slice naan flatbread in half and add to plates. Enjoy!
