INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Pita
- 1 Cup Crumbled Feta
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Hot Honey
- Roasted Pistachios for topping
- Thyme & Sage to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the Traditional Pita Bread into triangles, spray with olive oil, and place in the air fryer for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Blend feta, cottage cheese, olive oil, and hot honey with an immersion blender until thick, rich, and creamy.
- Transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish, drizzle with olive oil, and broil at 500ºF for 5 minutes, or until the cheese starts bubbling and turns light brown.

While the dip is broiling, cut the remaining Pita Bread into triangles, coat with olive oil, and place in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the dip from the oven and top with chopped roasted pistachios, a drizzle of hot honey, and fresh herbs.
- Serve with pita chips and enjoy!
