Lavash Ice Cream Cones

This homemade ice cream cone recipe has way more flavor than traditional cones thanks to our Lavash. With only 3 simple ingredients, there’s no excuse not to try it!


  • 1 Mini Lavash Whole Grain & Flax
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut Lavash in half, widthwise.
  3. Brush maple syrup, vanilla, and salt mixture evenly on top of both Lavash pieces.
  4. Fold by bringing one corner to the opposite and adjust until the hole in the bottom is closed.
  5. Pierce with a toothpick to hold in place.
  6. Bake on a greased baking tray for 13 minutes.
  7. Remove toothpicks and add ice cream!
