Lavash Star Crackers & Festive Dip

Five minutes, a few festive touches, and you’ve got a party-ready board that will have everyone asking, “Wait, you made this?”

INGREDIENTS

  • Atoria’s Family Bakery Mini Traditional Lavash Wraps, cut into stars with a cookie cutter
  • Cracker seasoning of choice
  • 1 container spreadable goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Create Lavash stars using a cookie cutter. Toss with olive oil and your favorite seasoning.
  3. Place the Lavash stars on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading them out evenly. Bake for 8–9 minutes, flipping halfway for even crisping.
  4. Build your board with the goat cheese base, pistachios, cranberries, parsley, and pomegranate seeds. Decorate with Lavash star crackers and place crackers on the side in a bowl. Enjoy!
