Lemony Hummus Ground Chicken Lavash Wrap

​This quick and flavorful wrap layers savory ground chicken with zesty lemon hummus in a soft lavash flatbread. It’s a light, protein-packed meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner! Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sheet Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
  • Whole Green Leaf Lettuce
  • Lemon Garlic Hummus
  • Rotisserie-Seasoned Ground Chicken

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium heat; add half the chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and no pinkness remains.
  2. Add 2 Atoria's Traditional Lavash to plates.
  3. Wash + pat dry a handful of lettuce leaves, then add to wraps along with chicken + 1-2 tbsp hummus each.
  4. Roll up and enjoy!
