Luxurious Prosciutto Flatbread

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash flatbreads
  • 1/2 Red Onion Sliced
  • 2oz Sliced Prosciutto
  • 2 Havarti Cheese Slices

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Thinly slice ½ red onion and set aside
  3. Place 2 lavash on a sheet pan, break apart prosciutto and add to flatbreads
  4. Divide red onion to flatbreads; break up 2 slices of cheese and top flatbreads, then brush oil and add salt/pepper on onion
  5. Bake 5 min; divide to plates
