INGREDIENTS
- 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash flatbreads
- 1/2 Red Onion Sliced
- 2oz Sliced Prosciutto
- 2 Havarti Cheese Slices
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Thinly slice ½ red onion and set aside
- Place 2 lavash on a sheet pan, break apart prosciutto and add to flatbreads
- Divide red onion to flatbreads; break up 2 slices of cheese and top flatbreads, then brush oil and add salt/pepper on onion
- Bake 5 min; divide to plates
