Mediterranean Inspired Chicken Flatbread

This Mediterranean flatbread combines warm Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan, creamy tzatziki, arugula, and grilled chicken for a quick, high-protein meal. Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan
  • Handful of Arugula
  • 2 Tbsp Dairy-Free Tzatziki
  • 8oz Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425° and place Naans on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min, then slice in half.
  2. Meanwhile heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry and sear 2 minutes per side until warmed through, then slice and set aside.
  3. Spread 2-4 tbsp sauce onto each flatbread and top with chicken.
