INGREDIENTS
- 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naan
- Handful Baby Spinach
- 4 Tbsp Tzatziki Dip
- 4oz Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425° & place Traditional Naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min, then slice in half.
- Meanwhile heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pepper for 2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink, opaque, and cooked through; set aside.
- Spread on 1-2 tbsp tzatziki on each half, add a handful of spinach, and top with the shrimp.
