Mixed Berry Flatbread

A sweet twist on flatbread. Crisp Traditional Lavash topped with warm berry compote, granola, and agave. Perfect for a light healthy treat this spring.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sheets Atoria's Traditional Lavash
  • 1 Cup Mixed Berries
  • 2 Tbsps Agave
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Granola

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add your mixed berries, maple syrup and lemon squeeze to a pan. Cook your berries down into a compote.
  2. Warm your Traditional Lavash in the oven for 5 minutes until crisp. Next, add a layer of berry compote onto your Traditional Lavash.
  3. Top with granola and agave. Serve and enjoy!
