Pita, Feta, and Eggs

Start your day with a satisfying combo of crispy whole grain pita, fresh arugula, creamy eggs, and a melty blend of feta and mozzarella. This easy dish brings bold flavor and hearty ingredients in every bite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita, cut
  • 2 eggs, cracked
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1/8 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut a hole in one side of your Whole Grain Pita.
  2. Add your arugula and crack your eggs on top of the arugula
  3. Add both mozzarella and feta on top.
  4. Place in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
