- 4 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash wraps
- Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad
- Rainbow Veggie Mix
- Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl toss 2 packages of rainbow veggies with 2 packages of bean salad.
- Add 4 Lavash wraps to plates; spread 2-3 tbsp hummus onto each.
- Divide veggies between Lavash wraps + roll up—yuuum!
