Prosciutto + Caramelized Onion Flatbread

  • ¼-½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbreads
  • 2 oz Sliced Prosciutto


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Thinly slice ½ of onion and sauté for 8-10 min until browned. 
  4. Season the onions with salt and add 2 tbsp water; cover and cook for 3-5 min until softened.
  5. Place 2 sheets of Naan on a sheet pan, divide onions to each, break up prosciutto and add to Naan; sprinkle each flatbread with 2-4 tbsp of cheese.
  6. Bake for 5-7 min, then enjoy!
