INGREDIENTS
- ¼-½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Red Onion
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbreads
- 2 oz Sliced Prosciutto
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Thinly slice ½ of onion and sauté for 8-10 min until browned.
- Season the onions with salt and add 2 tbsp water; cover and cook for 3-5 min until softened.
- Place 2 sheets of Naan on a sheet pan, divide onions to each, break up prosciutto and add to Naan; sprinkle each flatbread with 2-4 tbsp of cheese.
- Bake for 5-7 min, then enjoy!
