Roasted Garlic Pesto Naan Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella 
  • 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup Basil Pesto
  • 1 Fresh Garlic Bulb

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°.
  2. Cut off top ¼ of the garlic, then place cut side up in a small baking dish; drizzle exposed cloves with 1 tsp oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 min until soft and lightly browned; allow to cool slightly.
  4. Once cooled, squeeze the cloves from the skins and mash with a fork.
  5. Reduce the oven to 425° and place 2 sheets of Naan on a baking tray.
  6. Spread each Naan with roasted garlic, ¼ cup pesto and top with ¼ cup cheese; bake for 5-7 min until hot and melty.
