INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Naan flatbreads
- 1/2 cup Basil Pesto
- 1 Fresh Garlic Bulb
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 450°.
- Cut off top ¼ of the garlic, then place cut side up in a small baking dish; drizzle exposed cloves with 1 tsp oil and a pinch of salt.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 min until soft and lightly browned; allow to cool slightly.
- Once cooled, squeeze the cloves from the skins and mash with a fork.
- Reduce the oven to 425° and place 2 sheets of Naan on a baking tray.
- Spread each Naan with roasted garlic, ¼ cup pesto and top with ¼ cup cheese; bake for 5-7 min until hot and melty.
