INGREDIENTS
- Atoria’s Family Bakery Garlic Naan, sliced & toasted
- 1 cup red grapes, left whole or halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil, divided
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1 container of burrata cheese
- Chili flakes, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss grapes in 1/2 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt, and thyme.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until blistered and jammy.
- Layer burrata, roasted grapes, drizzle lightly with honey, and chili flakes, if desired.
- Serve with toasted Garlic Naan and enjoy!
