Salami & Swiss Pinwheels

Pinwheels are perfect for all ages and occasions. They're great on-the-go, or as an appetizer when you're hosting! Warning: you might need to make extra because they'll go fast!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 4 slices Salami
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread the cream cheese all over the Lavash, focusing on the far end (this will act as the glue to hold it together).
  2. Layer the salami, cheese, and lettuce on the half closest to you.
  3. Roll tightly and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
