INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sheets Atoria’s Mini Traditional Lavash
- 1/2 cup smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup plain cream cheese
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsps dill
- 1/3 cup spinach
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- Thinly sliced red onions
- 2 tbsps capers
- 2 lemon wedges for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Lay out your Mini Traditional Lavash and spread cream cheese over 2/3 of them.
- Layer smoked salmon over the cream cheese and sprinkle with capers.
- Add your fresh vegetables, garnishing with dill or herbs.
- Roll tightly, using the cream cheese to seal. Cut in half and serve with lemon wedges.
