Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Lavash Wrap

Elevate your lunch with this flavor-packed wrap! Smoked salmon, creamy cheese, fresh veggies, and a hint of dill all wrapped up in our Mini Traditional Lavash for a satisfying and light meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sheets Atoria’s Mini Traditional Lavash
  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup plain cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsps dill
  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • Thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tbsps capers
  • 2 lemon wedges for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay out your Mini Traditional Lavash and spread cream cheese over 2/3 of them.
  2. Layer smoked salmon over the cream cheese and sprinkle with capers.
  3. Add your fresh vegetables, garnishing with dill or herbs.
  4. Roll tightly, using the cream cheese to seal. Cut in half and serve with lemon wedges.
