INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sheets Atoria's Traditional Lavash
- 2 cups egg whites
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 4 tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Pour egg whites into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Top with feta, sundried tomatoes, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Let it cool slightly, then cut into 2 equal portions.
- Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese on each Traditional Lavash. Place one portion of the baked egg mixture on top of each Traditional Lavash and fold. Cut each in half to make 4 sandwiches. Enjoy for a satisfying breakfast!
