Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap

Wholesome and energizing. This wrap is packed with creamy feta, savory egg whites, and sun-dried tomatoes all rolled in Traditional Lavash for an easy, protein-rich breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Sheets Atoria's Traditional Lavash
  • 2 cups egg whites
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pour egg whites into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Top with feta, sundried tomatoes, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Let it cool slightly, then cut into 2 equal portions.
  5. Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese on each Traditional Lavash. Place one portion of the baked egg mixture on top of each Traditional Lavash and fold. Cut each in half to make 4 sandwiches. Enjoy for a satisfying breakfast!
