INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Naans
- 1 cup frozen roasted corn
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 crumbled cotija cheese
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1-2 jalapeños, depending on taste
- 1-2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayo
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayo, lime zest, lime juice, and spices. -Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and place Naans onto the parchment paper. Brush with some oil.
- Spread about 2/3 of the sauce over the surface of the Naans, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Set the remaining sauce aside to add as a topping later.
- Add the corn, jalapeño, onion, and cheeses to the Naans. Put the flatbreads into the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the Naans are lightly crisped on the bottom and around the edges.
- Remove from the oven to cool slightly. Slice and add extra sauce, chili powder, and lime juice. Enjoy!
