Sweet Pear & Ricotta Flatbread

Dessert pizza… two things you didn’t think could be made healthy! This pear and ricotta pizza uses our simple ingredient Mini Lavash wrap as the delicious base for fresh toppings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Whole Grain & Flax Lavash wrap
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 pear, sliced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of brown sugar
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Toast the Mini Lavash wrap on the rack for a few minutes to get it crisp.
  3. Spread ricotta on the toasted Mini Lavash wrap, layer pear slices, drizzle with syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 5 more minutes.
