Toasted Tuna Panini

Toasted Tuna Panini

This melty, flavorful panini is a lunch game-changer. Zesty tuna salad, basil pesto, avocado, and cherry tomatoes are layered onto Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain & Flax Lavash wraps and toasted to golden perfection.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain & Flax Lavash wrap
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add tuna, yogurt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, chopped dill, salt and pepper and mix.
  2. Set aside and grab one Lavash wrap. Add your basil pesto on 1/3 of the Lavash wrap. Next, add your tuna mix. Add your avocado and sliced cherry tomatoes on top of your tuna mix.
  3. Fold your Lavash wrap and set on a pan coated in oil. Flip once when golden brown and cook the other side.
  4. Cut in half, serve and enjoy your tuna panini!
