INGREDIENTS
- 1 Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain & Flax Lavash wrap
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, add tuna, yogurt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, chopped dill, salt and pepper and mix.
- Set aside and grab one Lavash wrap. Add your basil pesto on 1/3 of the Lavash wrap. Next, add your tuna mix. Add your avocado and sliced cherry tomatoes on top of your tuna mix.
- Fold your Lavash wrap and set on a pan coated in oil. Flip once when golden brown and cook the other side.
- Cut in half, serve and enjoy your tuna panini!
