INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Pitas
  • 3 cups Salad Blend or Mixed Greens
  • 2-4 Tbsp Vegan Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Slices Vegan Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice 2 Pitas in half
  2. Wash + slice tomatoes in half; add to a bowl
  3. Dice 2 slices cheese + add to tomatoes; add 1-2 cups salad to tomatoes then toss with dressing
  4. Divide salad among Pitas
