Zucchini Vodka Lavash Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Lavash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 6 Tbsp Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 Tbsp Creamy Vodka Sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Wash, dry, and using a knife or veggie peeler, thinly slice zucchini lengthwise.
  3. Divide 8 tbsp sauce, zucchini, and 6 tbsp cheese to Traditional Lavash.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
