INGREDIENTS
- 6 Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Traditional Naans
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
For the Apple Pie Filling:
- 3 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush each Mini Naan with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Using an oven-safe mold or taco holder, bake the Mini Naans for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, until the apples soften.
- Stir in the cornstarch and water mixture, cooking until the filling thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Once the Mini Naans have cooled, spoon the apple filling into each Mini Naan.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Serve immediately for a warm, gooey treat!
