Cucumber & Ricotta Breakfast Toast

Creamy ricotta, tangy balsamic-marinated cucumbers, and a kick of chili olive oil come together on Atoria’s Mini Traditional Lavash for a fresh, flavorful breakfast toast. Topped with dill and black pepper, it’s a light yet satisfying start to the day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Traditional Lavash wrap
  • 1/4 cup ricotta
  • 1 mini cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of dill

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tsp chili olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast your Mini Lavash wrap in a toaster oven for 3–5 minutes, until lightly crisped.

  2. Slice the cucumber and lightly marinate with 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sea salt.

  3. On your toasted Mini Lavash wrap, layer alternating spoonfuls of ricotta and the marinated cucumbers.

  4. Once the Mini Lavash wrap is fully covered, garnish with sprigs of dill, a pinch of black pepper, and a drizzle of chili olive oil on top.
