Arugula & Goat Cheese Flatbread

This simple yet elegant flatbread is a party-pleaser in minutes. Peppery arugula, creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze come together on Atoria’s Traditional Naan for a fresh, flavorful bite perfect for entertaining or easy weeknight dinners.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Naan
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 4oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4oz balsamic glaze
  • 2tbsp olive oil, for brushing
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F.
  2. Brush your Naan with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  3. Top with arugula and goat cheese. Bake the flatbread for 3-5 minutes until golden.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle balsamic glaze and serve.
