- Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast
- Bell Pepper & Onion Sauté
- Avocado Crema
DIRECTIONS
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over med-high heat and sauté pepper mix with salt/pepper 4-5 minutes or until soft + starting to brown; set aside.
- Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high heat; pat chicken breasts dry and sear 2 minutes per side until warmed through, then slice + set aside.
- Meanwhile, toast 2 Atoria's Whole Grain Pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas open along seam.
- Divide fillings between pitas + drizzle crema onto each.
