Chicken Fajita Pitas

This flavorful pita is packed with seasoned fajita chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, and creamy avocado crema. It’s a quick and satisfying twist on classic fajitas, perfect for lunch or dinner! Recipe by Hungryroot.

INGREDIENTS

  • Atoria's Family Bakery Whole Grain Pita
  • Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast
  • Bell Pepper & Onion Sauté
  • Avocado Crema

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over med-high heat and sauté pepper mix with salt/pepper 4-5 minutes or until soft + starting to brown; set aside.
  2. Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high heat; pat chicken breasts dry and sear 2 minutes per side until warmed through, then slice + set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, toast 2 Atoria's Whole Grain Pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas open along seam.
  4. Divide fillings between pitas + drizzle crema onto each.
