INGREDIENTS
- 1 Atoria’s Family Bakery Traditional Pita
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 tbsp mayo
- 1/2 tsp Dijon
- 1/8 cup diced radishes
- 1/8 cup diced green onion
- Handful of arugula
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Add eggs & set timer for 9 minutes.
- Remove eggs & place into an ice bath for 4 mins.
- Peel & place into a bowl; mash with a fork. Add remainder of ingredients & mix until combined.
- Warm your Pita on a pan over low heat. Top with avocado & arugula + egg salad.
- Fold Pita in half and enjoy!
