INGREDIENTS
- Atoria's Family Bakery Mini Traditional Naans, for dipping
- 3 roasted red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/8 cup panko or breadcrumbs, toasted
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp reduced cherry juice
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsps Aleppo pepper
- 2 tsps salt
- Chopped cherries, to garnish
- Chopped mint, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Halve your bell peppers and bake in the oven until roasted. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, toast your walnuts, and breadcrumbs over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add to a food processor/blender and blend. Add in your garlic and red bell peppers along with the rest of your ingredients. Blend again.
- Once smooth, plate and top with chopped cherries and mint.
- Serve with Mini Naans for dipping and enjoy!
