INGREDIENTS
- 4 Atoria's Family Bakery Whole Grain Pitas
- Lemon Garlic Hummus
- Zesty Zucchini Falafel
- English Cucumber
- Pickled Red Onions
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and dry cucumber; dice into bite-size pieces; set aside
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium; cook 2 packages of falafel 2-3 min per side until browned and hot.

Toast 4 Atoria's Whole Grain Pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas in half, spread 2 tbsp hummus into each, divide cucumbers, 1-2 tbsp drained pickled red onion + falafels between each—delish!
